Easy Crockpot BBQ Pulled Chicken

My go-to recipe for a mid-week slump that is simple and beyond delicious.

Ingredients:

+ 1lbs skinless chicken breast
+ 1.5 cups of BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Rays is our fav)
+ 1/4 cup Italian dressing 
+ 1/4 cup brown sugar
+ 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
+ 2 tbsp garlic powder (season it upppp)
+ salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Line Crockpot with plastic liner or spray with non-stick spray.

Step 01

Season your chicken breast with whatever seasonings you like - garlic powder, onion powder etc. 

Step 02

Place seasoned chicken breast at bottom of Crockpot

Step 03

Add barbecue sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce to the crock.

Step 04

Mix and coat the chicken breast with the mixture

Step 05

Place lid on Crockpot and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 5-6 hours. Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken’s internal temperature is cooked to 165 degrees.

Step 06

Serve on a brioche bun, salad, or just eat it with a fork! Pairs well with coleslaw, mac & cheese, or green beans.
