Lazy "Everything but the Fridge" Breakfast Quiche

Ingredients:

+ 9-inch deep dish frozen pie crust 
+ 4 large eggs
+ 1/2 cup of whole milk
+ 1/4 cup of grated parmesan 
+ 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
+ A few splashes of Tabasco sauce
+ Salt & pepper, to taste
+ Anything you have in the fridge! (i.e. breakfast sausage, peppers, mushrooms, ham, spinach, the list is endless…)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place frozen pie crust on a cookie sheet.

Step 01

In a skillet over medium high heat, cook your veggies &/or protein of choice. 

Step 02

Spread the cooked veggies &/or protein in frozen pie crust. 

Step 03

In a medium size mixing bowl whisk together, whole milk, eggs, hot sauce, grated parmesan, salt, & pepper.

Step 04

Pour evenly over veggies &/or protein. Sprinkle with cheese.

Step 05

Place into oven and bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set when gently shaken. Keep an eye on it around the 30 minute mark and lay a piece of aluminum foil over the top if the crust is over browning. 

Step 06

Allow to rest for 30 minutes before serving. Serve warm with hot sauce, salsa, or sour cream.
