My go-to recipe for a mid-week slump that is simple and beyond delicious.
Line Crockpot with plastic liner or spray with non-stick spray.
Season your chicken breast with whatever seasonings you like - garlic powder, onion powder etc.
Place seasoned chicken breast at bottom of Crockpot
Add barbecue sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce to the crock.
Mix and coat the chicken breast with the mixture
Place lid on Crockpot and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 5-6 hours. Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken’s internal temperature is cooked to 165 degrees.
Serve on a brioche bun, salad, or just eat it with a fork! Pairs well with coleslaw, mac & cheese, or green beans.
