Fridge clean-out approved!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place frozen pie crust on a cookie sheet.
In a skillet over medium high heat, cook your veggies &/or protein of choice.
Spread the cooked veggies &/or protein in frozen pie crust.
In a medium size mixing bowl whisk together, whole milk, eggs, hot sauce, grated parmesan, salt, & pepper.
Pour evenly over veggies &/or protein. Sprinkle with cheese.
Place into oven and bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set when gently shaken. Keep an eye on it around the 30 minute mark and lay a piece of aluminum foil over the top if the crust is over browning.
Allow to rest for 30 minutes before serving. Serve warm with hot sauce, salsa, or sour cream.
